Recycled Summer Skirts
Both of these skirts had slits up the front. They were also very long on me. So I cut the skirt off at the top of the slit, and used the extra fabric to make a cute little ruffle. I added some lace to the denim one, for just a tad bit more length. So if you have skirts you need to recycle, this is a great way to do it.
