Flowers in the Garden

That's what I decided to call this dress, since it reminded me of Flowers in a Garden. Has elastic around the chest area to create the cute little ruffle up top. Fits size 4-5 or will work as a top for an older child. Just add pants or a skirt under it. Absolulty adorable. (SOLD)
