Daddy's Little Girl

From daddy's old shirt, to his daughter's new skirt. This idea was something i didnt' really expect to work, but turned out rather cute. I recycled my husband's shirt that no longer fit, and made it into a nice skirt. This one fits girls sizes 7-9. Sells for $15. What a great way to hang onto those favorite shirts of dad that no longer fit.

Recycled/Upcycled Dresses and skirts

Got a skirt or dress that still fits your daughter but its just too short? And she wont let you get rid of it cause its her favorite??

Well, i came up with a solution. Here's what i did to some of my daughters clothes to make them longer.

By adding a ruffle and a few buttons, my daughter can now wear this jumper for another year or two. This one is a size 3t but will fit 4t as well with the added length.

These skirts used to be jumpers. They were way to short and i didn't like the way the top of the jumper looked anyway, so i made it into a skirt. Size 3t. *SOLD*

Purple Camo Dress

Here's my latest dress. I fell in love with this pattern and decided to try it for my little girl. This one is made from a very soft camo flannel. Its made to fit size 4t. I can make this one in sizes 12 months - 5. Sells for $15. The buttons are fake on this one. It just slips over the head. But I can add snaps under the straps if you'd rather. (SOLD)

Long Denim Skirts

This adorable jean skirt was made from a pair of Mudd brand Girls size 3t jeans. Has elastic back and 3 snaps with a zipper in the front. Has elastic drawstring on both sides of legs to raise or lower the length a bit. Very trendy and perfect for any season. As a skirt it will fit sizes 3, 4 and 5.

Measurements are: Waist 10 inches across laying flat. Lenght 21 inches. *SOLD*

This skirt is made from a size 3t Arizona Jeans. Has elastic back and snap with zipper in front. Very, very cute. Lots of embrodery and sequence and stones. Back pocket has small stones as well. As a skirt it will fit sizes 3, 4 and possibly 5. See measurements to know for sure.

Country Bumpkin

This is the newest style of dress. It's just as cute as can be and reminds me of a little country girl, down on the farm. The striped apron/dress is a size 4-5. The buttons are "fake" . Meaning that you can just slip it right over your little one's head. No need to button and unbutton. Back has elastic for easy stretching and criss cross straps. Fits size 3-5. SOLD

Flowers in the Garden
