Size 4 with adjustable waist. I added a little fringe to this one. Very cute. The length is 14" not counting the fringe. With the fringe it would measure about 15". (SOLD)

This is my newest style of dress. The style is supposed to be very long, but can easily be shortened if needed. This is a size 4. It sells for $20.
